Disclaimers: All of the products listed on this website by Monitor Products, Inc. are assumed to be accurate. We assume no responsibility for typographical errors in any pricing, product descriptions or drawings and images. All images and drawings are meant to be a symbolic representation and may not be an exact image or drawing of the actual product. Orders being paid by credit card are processed after the transaction of the credit card is completed by the bank and it is then considered paid.

Ordering Policy
 
You may place an order through our website www.monitorpro.com by selecting to use the "add to cart" button and then the "send order" which will open a form for you to fill out and then press the "continue to checkout". You may also call 1-800-334-4591 or email customerservice@monitorpro.com  . All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping charges, duties, taxes or other charges levied on international orders. If you place your order through our website, on receipt of your order we will call you to request your credit card information. At this time, we do not take payment information through our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards for payment. We do not store any of your credit card information to eliminate security risks.

IMPORTANT NOTICES: In placing an order by any of the methods stated here, you are agreeing to our company policies listed on our website that are available for your information.

Ordering of wrong item: Monitor Products, Inc. shall not be liable for orders which are placed for the wrong item or items. When the customer is not sure of which product is the correct one for their application, they should call our Technical Support Team on our toll free number 1 -800-334-4591 ext. 209 or ext. 210 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday.

Small orders under $25 will incur an added charge of $8.00 for handling. It would be best if you ordered some maintenance parts- gaskets, zinc anodes, thermostat and etc. to get your order to $25.

Orders placed for products in stock will ship within 3 days. If product is not in stock when order is received, you will be notified of revised ship date. If the ship date is not agreeable to you, within 2 days of notice you must call 1-800-334-4591 to cancel your order or email request to cancel to customerservice@monitorpro.com . Customer service will reply to cancellation requests to advise if this is possible or not. A non-response from you to the notice of revised ship date, will be treated as consent and we will proceed with your order.

Special orders will be given a ship date after checking for any custom parts needed for your order. Customer service will call or email you with the expected ship date. We will not proceed with any special orders until customer ordering product has replied with consent to proceed.

Our standard shipping policy, upon which the shipping charges are based, is via UPS ground with signature requested from Florida and in most cases average delivery in the continental United States will be approximately 3 to 5 business days from date of departure, depending on destination location. We can not ship to a post office box so please provide shipping address with your street address and someone must be available to sign for delivery. We will not ship on any of the major U.S. holidays or during our December plant shut down for which the dates will be posted on our contact page prior to closing.

It is Monitor Products, Inc. shipping policy to ship UPS ground with a signature required for the delivery. If a customer placing an order does not want delivery with signature required, they must instruct us in writing with their order to ship without signature required and will thereby take on full responsibility for any lost or stolen shipments that are shown to have been delivered to the shipping address. Monitor Products, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments when customer has requested no signature required. Upon delivery, customer should inspect shipment and report any damages to the delivering carrier before signing for shipment. The person receiving, inspecting, and signing for the shipment, takes full responsibility for the condition of the shipment. Monitor Products, Inc. will not be responsible for damaged shipments.

  • Florida residents will be charged state and county taxes as required by law. All other state residents are individually responsible to remit their states taxes as required.
  • Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Customers requesting expedited shipping will incur additional charges accordingly.
  • For all international orders there will be additional shipping and handling charges.
For a quote on shipping charges outside the continental United States not including duties and related charges, please send an email with your full shipping address including postal code to customerservice@monitorpro.com . If you have purchased our product through another company, please contact that company for your return. Monitor Products, Inc. will not accept a return made from a customer who purchased through another company. You must go back to that company for your return options and their policies.

If you need to return a part purchased directly from Monitor Products , contact our Customer Service at 1- 800-334-4591 ext 201 or email customerservice@monitorpro.com prior to shipping the return to obtain Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Provide the reason for return with your request. This is very important to Monitor Products, Inc. as we strive for the highest quality in customer satisfaction through continual improvement.

Items must be returned to Monitor Products within 30 days from the date of purchase and must have a Monitor issued RMA number and copy of original invoice.

There are no returns or refunds on special order items. Special orders are products that are custom made to your specifications or requirements

Returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price to cover handling and restocking item. All items being returned must be in new condition with undamaged original packaging. Please do not write return numbers, addresses, or any other marks directly on original packaging. This packaging needs to be in new and resalable condition suitable for restocking. All items returned in non-resalable condition or with parts missing on inspection, will be charged an additional fee to restore to new condition at Monitor Products discretion. Customer will be informed of additional fee to be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns . Shipping costs will not be refunded. If this is an international sale, all fees such as customs, duties, and related charges must be prepaid by the customer. We will not accept any shipment that is sent with any collect charges. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and will not process your return or credit until the item is received and inspected. A refund of the price of the item will be issued in the form of credit to the credit card used for the purchase.

If unforeseen problems arise during attempting to install one of our conversion kits that prevent you from completing installation, call our technical support team at 1-800-334-4591 ext. 209 or 210 or email to support@monitorpro.com for our assistance. If we can not overcome the problem and you are still unable to install the kit, you may return the kit but will be subject to our normal restocking fees and policies as stated above.

If the return is a result of Monitor Products error or a manufacturing defect , you still need to contact our Customer Service at 1-800-334-4591 ext 201 prior to shipping the return to obtain return authorization number (RMA), include copy of invoice, and have the items returned within 30 days from date of original purchase. Monitor Products will pay preauthorized shipping costs/reimbursements equivalent to ground/surface shipping rates only. In this case, no restocking fee will be charged. Defect will be corrected and kit will be shipped back to you promptly.

Limited Warranty for Fresh Water Cooling Kits


Unless specifically indicated otherwise, Monitor Products, Inc., located at 15400 Flight Path Dr., Brooksville, Florida 34604 warrants this product against defects in workmanship and material for two years from date of purchase by the original purchaser** to the extent that Monitor Products, Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair the product or any part of it which in Monitor Products, Inc.'s judgment has such a defect, provided that you, the original purchaser, has contacted Monitor Products, Inc. by mail, email, or phone, within two years from date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by Monitor Products, Inc. Keep your original invoice with this warranty, as a copy will need to be provided with return if you should need warranty coverage.
 
NOT COVERED: This warranty does not cover loss or theft, lightning, or natural disasters. Monitor Products, Inc. obligation does not include any cost of removal, damage to the engine or vessel or reinstallation, or any other consequential damages (such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property which damaged if this product does not work properly). This warranty shall not apply if the product has been misused, abused, altered, neglected, improperly installed, improper maintenance or improper storage conditions (such as freeze damage from lack of recommended winterization in the General Winterizing or General Maintenance sections of our General Maintenance Manual supplied with the kit). This warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear.
 
BASIC ENGINE WARRANTY: Monitor Products, Inc.'s Fresh Water Cooling System should not affect your basic engine warranty.Over heating is the biggest concern and it is the operators responsibility to shut off the engine before this occurs. As stated in our installation instructions, " Monitor Products, Inc. strongly recommends that you install an audible "buzzer" type alarm, if engine is not equipped with one. These overheat alarms are usually combined with low oil pressure alarm and are very reasonable in price."
 
LIMITS OF LIABILITY: Any implied warranties, including without limitation, any warranties of fitness or of merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use) is limited to two years as stated above. This warranty does not extend to any one other than the original purchaser. Should the product fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Damages not covered are, but not limited to consequential damages (as stated above) and incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use this product such as towing charges, loss of use, & etc.. In no event will Monitor Products, Inc. be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms described herein.
 
**Not withstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, if this product is specifically excluded or used for commercial purposes, rental, or other income producing activities, then the duration of this warranty shall be six months ( 6 months) from the date of purchase.
 
Monitor Products, Inc. reserves the right to improve its products through changes in design or materials without being obligated to incorporate these changes in products of prior manufacture and to make changes at any time in design, materials, or parts of products without obligation or liability to owners of products of prior manufacture.

REQUIREMENTS: The product will be returned by the original purchaser to Monitor Products, Inc. at the original purchaser's expense (including all freight costs, customs clearance fees or duties both ways) to the address stated above after receiving a return authorization number (RMA) from customer service. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. Also include copy of original invoice. Explicit packaging instructions will be provided and must be adhered to prevent any shipping damages which Monitor Products, Inc. will not be responsible for if not packed as instructed. >Back to Top
