If a separate signed agreement, quotation, order acknowledgement, warranty document or other transaction document applies, that document continues to govern the applicable transaction and is not replaced by these website Terms.
Website purpose
The website provides information about Monitor Products, its heat-transfer products, OEM solutions, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, quality practices, technical resources, contact paths and Online Store. Website content is general information and may not address every application, product configuration or operating condition.
Technical and application information
Technical information submitted through the website is reviewed by people at Monitor. A website submission or acknowledgement does not constitute engineering approval, project acceptance, technical approval, product selection, quotation, warranty, response-time commitment or confidentiality agreement. Products and applications must be evaluated through the appropriate Monitor process and applicable written documents.
Contact Monitor before submitting confidential, proprietary, export-controlled or otherwise highly sensitive technical information. The current public website forms do not accept file attachments.
Product information
Monitor seeks to provide useful and accurate product information, but website descriptions, images, diagrams, specifications, compatibility information, availability and other content may change or may not apply to every installation. Confirm application requirements, current specifications and suitability through Monitor and the applicable written product or transaction documents.
Online Store and orders
Online Store products, prices and availability are subject to the current store information and applicable order process. Placing an order does not alter the terms of any applicable quotation, order acknowledgement, warranty, shipping, return, tax or payment document. Monitor may contact a customer when additional information is needed to process an order or confirm a product or application.
Shipping, returns and warranties
Shipping, returns and warranties are governed by the policies and separate transaction documents applicable to the product or order. These website Terms do not expand, replace or reduce a written warranty, quotation, order acknowledgement or other applicable transaction document.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, graphics, logos, product imagery, diagrams, documents, software and presentation are owned by Monitor or used with authorization and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use website materials for ordinary evaluation of Monitor and its products. OEM and customer information
Do not submit information through the website unless you are authorized to provide it. Website submission does not create a confidentiality, development, supply or exclusivity obligation. Existing agreements between Monitor and a customer remain subject to their own terms.
