Monitor's traditional heat-exchanger and cooling products provide a durable technical foundation. Application Engineering extends that knowledge into customer-specific configurations, integrated systems and new product development.

Monitor began integrating an Agentic AI business platform across all aspects of the business in 2026. This system will allow significant improvement towards design & engineering, planning, material information, immediate data acquisition and production status, reporting and technical knowledge as all aspects of the business become more connected. These systems empower experienced people to use information more effectively, and ultimately deliver more value to our customers.
